A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. At our discretion, appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment scheduled. Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the cost of the appointment scheduled. For members or repeat clients this will be automatically deducted out of a pre-paid service on your account or the card that is saved to your account will be charged. Payment for late cancellations or no-shows will need to be paid before your next appointment.
